City Administrator

Lisa Palomba was appointed in November 2021 as Josephine’s first City Administrator. Lisa has over 10 years of municipal experience. Her previous position was City Administrator for the City of McLendon-Chisholm in Rockwall Co.

The City Administrator’s Office is responsible for:

  • Implementing City Council policy
  • Oversight of all City departments
  • Providing day-to-day leadership
  • Assuring an efficient and equitable delivery of City services
  • Initiating and developing short and long-term special projects
  • Managing the City’s inter-governmental relations and public information functions
  • Coordinating residential and commercial development activity
  • Directing major economic development projects
  • Coordinating and supervising activity with all City contracted service providers
