The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing/Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 @ 7:15 p.m. at the Josephine Volunteer Fire Department, 201 W. Hubbard St., Josephine, Texas.  This meeting is open to the public and subject to the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Texas.  Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the Commission may convene into Executive Session at any time during the meeting as deemed necessary to obtain advice from the City Attorney regarding any posted agenda item.

 

A)  Call to order/roll call

B)  Invocation

C)  Approval of minutes from the June 20, 2017 Public Hearing/Special Meeting

 

D)  Open Public Hearing

      Receive public comments regarding the request to re-plat parts of lots 1-6, 8-10, 18, 21,

      24, 30, 38, 47.  All of lots 11-13, 19, 20, 25-27, 31-37, 42-46.  Part of Reese Street, Mason

      Street, Front Street, Alleys, and Interurban Railway Eastern Texas Traction Company
